FYI - Anyone can join The Better Business Bureau if you pay their fee. Once a member you are in good standing until there is a complaint. If you resolve the matter by completing the work or supplying the goods then you are again in good standing. A business can do this over and over again, have dozens or even hundreds of unsatisfied clients and still be a member of BBB.
