Who gives the best SF2 and why?

SF2 for me has ranged from “out of this world” to “why bother”. Two recent examples, no names as both ladies are well known but at least one is DNR and I’m not sure about the other. Also, both occurred at the beginning of the session. With the first, it was an amazing experience. Mutual soaping and rinsing. The kissing, touching and exploring didn’t wait until after. It was going before the water was warm. We were in the shower for at least 20 minutes. With the second however, the only way it was a sf2 was due to the fact we were physically in the shower at the same time. No engagement. No interest at all. She kept complaining that she didn’t want to get water on her face. She was definitely doing the sf2 starfish routine.
