Best place for a weeks Vacation???

Hi Ya'll,

I have a weeks vacation coming up in October and I would like to get some opinions on where to go.

I'll go by myself so slack women are no problem..

So far I'm thinking of either...
1) Cuba Varadaro/Havana
2) Columbia
3) Costa Rica
4) Mexico

As you can tell I like women of color.

I have always had lots of fun in the Dominican Republic. There is a great little fishing village about an hour from Puerto Plata and the airport called Sosua. There is a fantastic all-inclusive resort called Casa Marina, nice sized resort, great private beach, the public beach is within a 10 minute walk if you want the local flavour. Night life is a little quiet, but it's funny to see them round up the prostitutes and truck them off and drop them in the boonies only to have them walk back and set up shop. There is lots to do, probably 5 or 6 good bars to see, and a restaurant called "On the Bluff" that is out of this world and cheap. We spent 3 nights away from good all-inclusive meals to eat there and pay. Two people with before dinner drinks(several), during dinner drinks(several), a bottle of wine or two, and after dinner drinks(several), oh and we had some food, salad, soup, appetizers, dinner and dessert for slightly more than $100 U.S. They don't mind the U.S. dollar, but you can pay in peso's too. I haven't been back in a couple of years, but friends have gone and they have said it's spectacular still. If you need more information, let me know.

I've been to the Carribean in October and November. It's not too bad, just not as sunny. Spent the beginning of November there 4 years ago, and it was nice, a little windier, but very nice. It would rain a couple of times a day for no more than 10 minutes. I guess that is yet another case of YMMV as well. LOL
