A little more east of that is Charmy fish and chips at 1549 O'Connor Dr. Don't be scared off by the looks, the food is very good and more reasonably priced. If you're looking for something more central, try Olde York Fish & Chips on Laird south of Eglinton. Beware of lineups every night.

I went there a couple times (Saturday & Sunday afternoons) but they were always closed. I thought they should call it Unreliable Fish and Chips!Reliable Fish & Chips on Queen East is quite good. Small shop, but very well frequented.
Went there once and it was the greasiest meal I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day.Off The Hook... on Broadview just below the Danforth. Great fish and great prices.
That sounds good!Fresco fish and chip in Kensington market. They batter the fish with Miss Vickie's potato chip. The best I ever had. Try the other menu like shrimp po boy sandwich. It's more of a pick up food to go joint.
Queensway Fish & Chips...yep...in the same neibourhood, kinda...Kingsway Fish& Chips..on Bloor just west of Royal York, on the north side..yum yum..Love Queensway Fish And Chips ,any other places worth trying?
