Best city in Europe to monger?

Hey guys,
I wonder for those of you who regulary go to Europe, what's the best city to monger. If any of you have a break down of West and East, I would appreciate it as well.

It is not an easy answer, because it depends so much on what you are looking for.

My personal favorite is Barcelona. The combination of three shared private apartments (Vecinitas, teensbcn and ElEden53) specializing in 18-23 year olds, and some top-notch slightly older than that but top-performing independents like Noa Secret and Xesca, make the place a great choice.

Madrid would be a tie with Barcelona for me, mostly because they have an excellent full-service / BDSM scene, in addition to a lot of little brothels and independents.

I like Lisbon, but most of my experiences there have been with the Escort Privada service. Because that is one-hour outcall, there is a slightly higher cost than my Barcelona or Madrid trips.

I think London and Prague are somewhat similar. They both have top-notch escort agencies (Diva in London gets great reviews), and lots of top-notch independents, and you can get whatever you want, including BDSM, but they can get pricey. At the same time, would you consider it an good place to buy a condo/flat? If not, where would your suggestion be? I was watching some youtube videos and some people where saying.
In Spain, taxes are high, you cannot rent your property, and there's a pickpock problem, maybe they can be alarmistic though.

Goal: Buy a second home/one-bedroom apartment in Europe to live there a few months a year, then rent it out the rest of the year. I'm not looking to profit from it but just looking for a side income when I'm not there. I'm mostly would use it to hooking up with regular women but can also be used for monger with escorts. And maybe shoot some amateur/onlyfans type content from time to time.

Some things I'm looking for:
-Centrally located, where you can walk everywhere.
-I'm open to hotels and hostel if I can buy there. Once a hostel, I saw a nightclub/bar underneath and pick up women and take the elevator/stairs to your apartment.

I call them shared private apartments to distinguish them from licensed brothels. Barcelona has decriminalized prostitution. But it only grants brothel licenses to a few establishments such as Felinas and Top Damas and lavieenrose. The prices are much higher and the services are much more restrictive and the ladies are much older at the legal licensed brothels. At the shared private apartments, you are legally seeing an independent who shares that workspace with other independents. Barcelona has a lot of appeal as a place to live in my opinion, but it is not an inexpensive place to live. I think the supposed pickpocketing is a bit overdone by the media. There is little violent crime. Just put your wallet in your front pocket and keep your bags between your legs on the metro and in restaurants. Pickpockets work in groups and look for oblivious tourists who are easy marks. One person will walk by and unzip a bag and two others will follow and take things out while someone else talks and distracts you.

From a mongering perspective, people mind their own business there. Nobody gives a shit if you are buying sex. It is a part of life there.

And Barcelona is a very walkable city like with an easy to understand Metro system.

My favorite cities include Prague, Budapest, Berlin, Barcelona. This is based on my experience. I had a couple great agency in Berlin she expanded her business throughout Europe, in my early years. Now a few ladies share their relationships with other ladies, my favorite agency has been sold off under new management.

I am lucky my reputation means I get emails from ladies who ask if I want take them out. Totally different experience.

Barcelona is heard to beat. Food, prices, beaches... Girls are mostly from eastern europe and south-america. If you pay higher you then have more Europeans.
It's a shame I've never been to Madrid.

One city I loved for the hobby was Vienna. Again mostly east european girl.

I am terrible at foreign languages and something of a wimp, so the issue with Colombia for me is the lack of spoken English and the violence that exists. A lot of guys love The Mansion hotel in Medellin, and staying there greatly reduces any concerns about personal safety. English is widely spoken at that hotel and the ladies who work the place (or who you meet on Facebook and who come to meet you there) are accustomed to meeting English-speaking customers. Personally, I like to go out and about all day in a foreign city, and there are some real concerns about doing that in much of South America. You can walk and bike all over any city in Europe with no concerns, but the same simply isn’t true in South America. Also, hotels aren’t as guest-friendly in South America, which is another plus about staying at a place like The Mansion.

Polish and Ukrainian girls are hot as hell, but they are widely available in Western Europe. The scene in Poland is hard to navigate for a westerner. Slightly less so for the Ukraine, but you still appear to often need to deal with a middleman who wants a cut from the English-only speaker.

That was the case a couple of decades ago, but not any longer according to the wealth of available information.

The European countries with the best prices in comparison to services are Germany, Portugal and Spain. I put them in alphabetical order because we could debate all day as to which is better. In my person opinion Spain is the best, but most people refuse to do Spain properly.

This is because those countries have a lot of importation of Romanian (to Germany), Latin American (to Spain) and Brazilian (to Portugal) sex workers. The Spanish and Portuguese sex workers price match the imports, the German girls do not.

Russian and Ukrainian girls were once dirt cheap, but now they are not. Same with the Czech Republic.
