It matters. Both for guys and for girls. I find that guys like it when they know I enjoying giving them one.
Despite the nasty reputation that guys seem to have with some women for not caring, I honestly think that most guys really sincerely do want the woman to be enjoying any sexual act they're engaged in, whether they care to admit it or not. The thought of it being purely "a job", done just for the $$$, doesn't really cut it with me as the recipient (although I know that's the reality, from the SP's perspective).
