Find it strange they would get caught for that. They were always pretty cautious about not breaking any laws when I was there. Anyone have any other details?

Does anyone know where the official "line" is drawn in Ottawa? When reading about Toronto, it looks like there are different standards for different municipalities (e.g., some allow topless, some nude, some nude-reverse [not sure what that is?] or body-slide) What exactly does Ottawa allow at body-rub parlours?
Also, in a case like this, does the license just disappear forever? Or can it be bought out by someone new? It would be disappointing if the city could so easily reduce the number of existing licensees.

With the Council we have the License will be gone they dont want them you have three or four who should be in a Nursing home Doucet who if its not good for the Glebe its not good for anyone Cullen who agrees with everything that makes him look good and nothing that makes sense so I would say if she looses it will be one less in Ottawa

Didn't someone go into the place in bells corners (now Paradise) and they claimed that they have nothing to do with Angel's Touch?
I wonder if it was an undercover sting operation...I didn't think that offered any FS there....where do they draw the line of a 'common bawdy house'....does a happy ending constitute that?
