If you are looking for street action why don't you just ask (3 times so far)?

As a previous poster said, the town is too small to hide it and the street workers (and you) get busted way too fast.

Try Kingston instead.

Actually, not much better here in Kingston as far as street action. Too small a town here as well. Cops seem to stay on top of it. As for Belleville, I remember being propositioned a couple of times by dancers at the Cabariet.
