Bell Ultra??

Has anyone tried Bell high speed Ultra???
I'm thinking of getting it but I'm not sure if its worth it

I use it. It's expensive, but it's also quite a bit faster than regular high speed. I expected it to be faster, but I didn't expect quite so big a difference.

If you're serious about your surfing, then speed matters. Otherwise for most people regular high speed is adequate.

BTW Xarir, I heard they include anti-virus and a firewall with their Ultra service.
How good is that??? Is it equal to Norton or Mcafee??

Ultra vs HighSpeed

Guys can you give me an estimate on performance difference.

I talked to the dude @ bell and he told me that my current High speed is 3mbps vs Ultra at 4mbps. This means a 25% increase, which in my books is not good enough. But I know that the 25% increase may translate into much higher performance but am not sure.

BTW I never get better performance than 170kbps when downloading from any site. Does this sound normal for High Speed.

In the end Ultra is not available in Central Etobicoke, so the point is somewhat moot but I just need to know what I'm missing

I think he's probably talking maximums,,,,,,, and I bet that most people dont hit the max dl speeds IMO
