Bell Internet Going for Bigger Bills Next Year

Just noted in my most recent billing that Bell Internet will be increasing the charge for excess usage.

Right now I am allowed 25 GB/month as part of my plan, then $2 per GB up to a MAXIMUM monthly additional charge of $30

Starting in January the MAXIMUM they can bill for overusage will become $60/month.

Gotta watch those video downloads and Netflix. These guys at Bell are slowing closing the tap, or at least making it much more expensive.

Cheap internet usage. Not in Canada.

Did you know Bell is willing to negotiate your internet charges?

- Find the lowest priced internet SP

- Call Bell and tell them you want to cancel. ( Internet, TV, telphone and cell )

- If they ask you why, tell them you have a lower price.

- They will offer you a lower price.

- Push them for extras, like 3 months free or $100 credit.

- At the last minute ask them if you are being charged for antivirus, if you are tell thgem to cancel the antivirus and save $5 a month. Use a free antivirus like Microsoft Security Essentials
