Belgium : Recommandation for first time trip

Hi everyone. I'm going to Belgium in November, I was looking to check out the hobby there. I'll be visiting Brussels and possibly Antwerpen too.

Does anybody have any recommandation for either of those cities? I know Antwerpen has a RLD like in Amsterdam, but how does it work in Brussels?
Also, are you aware of what would be the local "TERB" to read reviews and get recommandations?
