Why would a tattoo artist agree to do 56 stars on an 18 year old's face? If he had any professionalism, I think he would try to talk her out of it. One tattoo artist talked my sister out of having a tat on her shoulder because it would interfere with her potential to land a decent job. She got the tat on her hip instead. I thought that was decent of him.

I have a tat, and NO WAY would I sleep while getting it. what she's saying is a load of shit. I do, however, think that the stars look cool. Too bad they are permanent.

I think this may be a hoax, one that involved Photoshop. Look closely at the skin close to the stars compared to the skin where there are no stars. Those little splotches look suspicious to me.

And another thing, although I've never had ink done, don't the artists transfer the artwork to your skin as a guide before adding the permanent ink? And is that not the time that the client OK's the design?

Laser could not fully remove tattoos. It will still leave a bit of ink behind. She will end up looking like she have bruises on her face.

I went through the link and noticed the positions of her tattoos between two pictures look a little off. However, I also watched the video and noticed her scars and scabs to be quite real.
She should apply shit load of vasaline for the next two weeks as patroleum will help remove a lot of the ink on her face. BTW, "DON'T" if you want your tattoo to stay on. The best is to use polysporin for cuts and burns. It heals quickly

Having a fair amount of ink myself, I can't figure out how anyone could fall asleep before three stars were done. Three small stars around your eye would take no more than 15-20 min to do. Very simple Tattoo.

My friend, a Tattooist has for quite sometime had clients sign waivers on artwork, size, placement etc. for just such occations. Perhaps that should become an industry standard.

I had to sign one for mine too. Plus they put it on my ankle, and I had to ok it before they did any tattooing. She's full of shit. She needs to live with her decision now.

I wonder what she paid for it.
