So I have this really amazing girlfriend who is thinking about starting her career as a companion, but she wants to test the waters first. Would it be totally weird to offer a session with a watcher? Is this a thing?

I know I will take up that offer in a heartbeat, I am sure most of the pervs on this board are the same :encouragement: What's not hot about a hottie watching me do dirty stuff to another hottie?

Exactly my thinking! I can tell her as many things as I can but until you experience it is hard.

There is no mention of money in the query, and that colors my answer. I'm sure plenty of gentlemen hobbyists would be happy to have a nonparticipatory lass in the room gratis. I know I would. But if you wish that I pay an extra $350 an hour to let your amazing girlfriend watch and learn, then instantly I become much less warm to an unusual idea.

Question for the men: would you be willing to pay *any* extra fee for this? I don't think I would.

Thanks for the input, I didn't want to be a creep by suggesting. Hopefully we can make it happen and she can slide into the biz with good experiences

I assumed no compensation for her, just an internship of sorts.

Oh my that sounds like a treat!! Obviously it's for educational purposes, but being the girl watching would be lots of fun. I'm sure many guys would be open to it. Perhaps it would be good for her to dress the part. Not necessarily in lingerie but hair and makeup done....wearing something sexy. That would make it feel like a sexy adventure as opposed to having a clinical vibe.

No of course not, if it's a lady asking to watch for insight into the business then no she is not being paid or asking to be paid.
To the contrary, I'm sure there are plenty of men in Toronto who would be willing to pay an extra $100 or more for this. Even if the learner were totally silent and sitting several feet away fully clothed in a chair and maybe taking notes, plenty of guys would find this extra exciting. And be willing to pay something for it for the extra turn-on. I wouldn't find it outrageous at all: I just regrettably would have to decline the surcharge idea, since it would be too expensive. But plenty of hobbyists are better off than I am.

Plenty of interns get paid. In fact I think it is now mandatory in Ontario, unless one is doing an academic job placement. :)

I think it's a fascinating concept, and worth exploring. I would not partake in the paid-internship version only out of my frugality, but I daresay plenty of my colleagues would. Let's see what they say in the coming day or two on this thread!

Sweetheart, here's my advice for your really amazing girlfriend. Learning by doing is far more effective than learning by watching. She might as well start her career with a bang. A duo with an experienced tutor like yourself is worth its weight in gold. I'd be more than happy to engage both of you.

She is more than willing to watch us, but you need to let her know I charge $350 per hour. ;)

Seriously though, I'm sure lots of guys would be into this. I would also show her some SP porn to give her an idea of what she can expect.

I’d feel awkward about it. Not my cup of tea. For other guys it seems like it would be a turn on. Just depends on the client I suppose.

I agree with Ninevh! Even watching won’t help her learn what it’s like to be an SP. A duo would be a great way to introduce her to our crazy world. When I was a new SP the scary party wasn’t the act itself, it was the build up before new clients showed up. It was nerve wracking not knowing what to expect, heck sometimes it still can be.
But watching another SP doesn’t give you an idea of what you are really getting yourself into, really she’s just watching the fun part.
A real lesson would be giver her your phone for the day to see what it’s like to book with people or how much BS an SP sifts through to find the nice clients. Have her learn to keep her cool when people insult you because your rates or timing don’t suit them. Being trolled and learning to book the right clients is the hard part, sex is the fun part.

But on a side note I’ve never had a guy request a silent audience member, BUT have been asked if they could watch

Given the original situation....an sp the client asks to bring in another lady in just to observe and learn the ropes...assuming no upcharge to the client ...i think would be awesome BUT...only with a regular thus that there is some level of trust w lady and client. If a new indy lady without consistently stellar reviews, I'd be worried about possible scams. I personally would love to have a lady sit in. In fact, I have dealt w some ladies very early or amongst their very first client and i enjoy talking to them, letting them know the big picture, giving them tips for what sort of clients to be careful of, etc, etc.

Well, I guess I am being even more frugal than our wise Einer. I would have zero interest in having a gal watch unless I was given a steep discount like maybe the typical $200/hr for $100 or something. Maybe its different with us old geezers vs young studs but just doesn't have any appeal to me. It wouldn't even when I was a young guy.

I would think the internship would be much more important for massage gals where there is actually some technique involved - especially to give some good massage and some of the more sensual stuff that is more than grabbing, sucking, bouncing and pulling. Seems far more inolved that what might happen during the companionship session if has friends choose to have sex. Sex in my humble view doesn't take nearly the talent as more sensual intimacy.

I recall many skilled massage gals over the years, decades at Allure, SRM etc.

I will now jump in a foxhole and duck for those that may disagree :(

This is not that uncommon. A dominatrix I once knew said that some men like there to be a silent observer and asked if I would be willing to work with her in this capacity. I never asked what it paid but I'm certain the fee was nominal. Niniveh would be a great introductory client into the industry!
Thanks Sophia. That's the nicest compliment from a lady I greatly admire.

I don't mind, happened to me a couple of times.

This happens on a frequent basis at MPs, including having the "watcher" do a little more than just watching. And yes, the client generally isn't required to pay for the watcher's time, though the MP may otherwise compensate her...I'm not privy to that info and have never inquired.

If she's looking to be paid to watch, that's pretty iffy. Probably some men who would agree to that, but it seems like a having your cake and eating it too situation to me.
