PM Diefenbaker in 1967: "Macdonald and Cartier agreed in the British monarchical system."

"They opposed republicanism and what they called American domination."

"They decided to build a Canada here. First, foremost, and always."

"I say in this Canada, one and undivided, a Canadian I was born, a Canadian I will die."

Maybe 1957, definitely not 1967. As I recall Lester B. Pearson was Canada's prime minister in 1967.

The quislings here say otherwise.
I have no idea what those who are quislings in your eyes would say.

From my own observations majority of those who were born a Canadian
would pretty much live their entire life in Canada. In contrast many
migrants from a handful of foreign countries most notably permanent
residents from Hong Kong from the 1990s couldn't seemingly wait to leave
Canada to return to their home country once they were granted citizenship.

thats just leads to a whole new generation of Canadian born children
I have no idea how much of the fraction of newcomers
admitted into our country are not gay. But I guess vast
majority of immigrants from India and China are not woke
by Canadian standard and are more likely to be family oriented
oriented in the traditional sense.

I've read something like Canada's population is targeted to
rise to somewhere in 70 to 100 million in maybe 30 to 40
years. If that target is met I think foreign born citizens could
become a substantial segment if not the majority of the total
population for some decades.

How? The majority will still be natural born citizens.

I didn't say the majority would mot be natural born.

Depending on how quick the population grows having a
large fraction being born outside Canada is plausible.
Let say if population increases from where it is now to
70--80 million by 2060--70 it is not unthinkable to have
around half of the entire population originating from outside
Canada.

Even if half the population originates from outside Canada, that doesn’t mean half the population is foreign-born.
Many if not most of the immigrants are relatively young.

It can be safely assumed a majority of people in this country
would live to a ripe old age like in the mid 70s to the high 80s
range.

A sizeable fraction of population today are foreign born.

In the scenario wherein population increases by 30 to 40 millions
in 3 to 4 decades having nearly half of the population being foreign
born is plausible.

No, it isn’t plausible.
Canada is already 20% foreign-born. To reach ~50% by 2060, that share would have to more than double which is something no StatsCan projection even comes close to.
Even high-immigration scenarios only reach ~35–40%.
You’d need immigration well above 2023 levels every single year for 30–40 years straight, with no political, economic, or housing pullback.
You’re also ignoring that immigrants’ children are Canadian-born, which actually slows the foreign-born percentage.
The only way 50% works is if you quietly switch from “foreign-born” to “immigrants + their kids”, which is a different claim.
