I was pointing out the obvious additional presense of the police on the streets looking at this type of situation a little more closely for those that play on the street scene. Personally I will stick to established agencies and known Indies.
I do wonder if charging them with prostitution is the right way to get them off the street though. Getting them the appropriate help with their problems would seem to be a better idea in my mind

Dodger, you are right about the charges. But, often the system only works in strange ways. A similar situation may be, one has to be collecting UI to get help in starting a business. But, if a person is not on UI, but on welfare, I think the person is ineligible to get the same help. So, ya gotta be charged to get helped.
