The cops have dungeons there and if you've been a bad boy you could find yourself locked in one. I'm very cynical about the South American countries given that anything can happen to a foreigner there.

As a matter of fact I think I remember seeing an ad in the latest issue of DDI for Costa Rica. It was something of a BDSM Bed & Breakfast with acres of property on a 5 star resort and numerous play rooms.
If you can pick up DDI magazine, it's a world wide distribution and you will find pros all over the world that you can visit when travelling. Otherwise, I'll check later and post it.
