Pricing varies wildly in this industry, each girl is free to determine what she thinks she is worth and that is fine. Some operate on a per-minute basis, 100 h/h, 200h, 300 90 minutes, etc. Others operate on a declining scale, 140h/h, 200h, 350 2h, etc. Either is fine based on what customers are willing to pay.

But then I see ads with pricing on an increasing scale, like 250h, 800 3h.

Does anyone actually fall for that?

The rising scale gives the illusion of luxury. Whoever partakes in multiple hours has plenty of time, and money for the activity, and thus expect more fun and excitement for that time period.
Which takes us to the product/service feature extra for that extra duration.

Does people "fall" for it? I can ask why anyone would fall for "paying" for sex, but that's perspective.

If someone is worth more than an hour, money becomes less of an object.

I've spoken with a few women who charge on an increasing scale and they told me that they prefer shorter appointments and find the longer appointments to be more work, ie. they'd much rather do two half-hours than do a one-hour. Therefore, they make the shorter appointments more appealing by offering lower rates. I personally prefer longer appointments which is why my rates are declining. There are no right or wrong rate structures. It depends on your preference.

Constant or increasing scale don't make sense. I remember a girl told me that her special rate for the hh was 80 and for 1 hour it was 160. I said fine; I want 2 hh bookingsne at 7:00 and one at 8:00. I finished my first hh, went to Tim's for a coffee and then at 8:00 I was back for round 2. Worked for me, but probably not for the girl as she couldn't probably stick one booking between my two bookings.
I think the best way for the girls (in terms of time saving) is the decreasing scale. I never take a full hour with a constant scale rating (prefer 2 half hours separated by at least 30 minutes to recharge).
