I noticed some new spas in the Barrie area, and was not sure if Jazmin (just off of Dunlop) is still open. Any spas and MPA's to either seek out or avoid? Or is Barrie still a wasteland?

Avoid them all if you're looking to get good value for your money.. Olympus on Anne and Studio 7 downtown are ok if you want good looking girls, but expect to pay A LOT for a little.
I beleive Jasmines is still open.. if Asian grandmothers do it for you.

I agree in general that your best option is to look for an Indy on BP - but I have found a couple of Asian MP's (not the one listed above) that had cute girls who offered a decent massage and great "extras" especially after my 2nd visit with them. Obviously tipping well is the key. I like Asian women (not grandmothers) and unfortunately there really aren't any Asian indies in Barrie that I'm aware of.

There have been MP's busted in Barrie within the last couple years or so. The names of those charged where published in the paper too.

I thought with the Escort laws being in limbo all sting operations were on hold. This would lead me to believe that the cops would be leaving the MP's alone. Anyone who can confirm this???
I don't know that to be true.. the law is in affect until it's not, there is no limbo and they will likely be enforced until the last day. In fact I wouldn't be that surprised if there was a push from LE when the end is in sight.. if there is to be an end to these laws.

The one at Essa and Burton is pretty good. $40 for 30 min door charge, but the girls seem to set their own prices for extras. I don't want to give too much info in a public forum, but prices vary from girl to girl for the same service. Yes, sorry - I guess it's 11 Hart Drive. It's right beside the sports bar. In the summer - there were usually people sitting out on the patio. They have a back entrance with a couple of parking spots. I usually call ahead and tell them when I get to the parking lot and the owner comes out and opens the back door.
My advice - Lili on Mon, Tue, Thur or Cici on Fri, Sat Sun. They may have changed them around a bit recently , but I've never been disappointed there.

Not surprised. The $40 door fee gets you the massage and that's it. Typically, every increment in service (HJ, BJ-covered, DATY, 69, and FS) are in $20 increments, starting with HJ at $40 - but the difference with Chinese girls is once they know you, and if you treat them well, the service will get better with each visit if you tip them a little bit more than what they ask for. It's too bad we don't have any Asian regulars in Barrie. The MP's move them around too quickly. There is a huge difference between the first visit and the second visit if you treat them well.
