I went to the Bank to get a Money Order for my Passport Application.

At this particular Branch, all the Tellers have been removed. Clients are told to use the ATM or Online Banking for their Day-to-Day Transactions.

Since the Staff doesn't know the Clients anymore, part of the Authentication process, in addition to taking the Drivers License, is to Text a random six-digit number to your Cellphone.

You then have to read out that six-digit number to the person dealing with you, which is supposed to verify that you are who you claim you are.

I don't actually need to unlock my phone to read that text, however. That only really proves that I am holding Cerium398's cellphone - not that I am actually Cerium398. I think this also leaves clients vulnerable to SIM Swapping Fraud.

La la land
Banks are out dated for a good reason. So there is theft. Insurance fraud?
