Bait and Switch at PA

Don't know what's going on lately at PA..... But definitely not happy the last 2 times I went.

Twice now, I've been trying to book for Juliet, And twice now, I was given someone else. First time it happened, I thought it was an honest mistake, so I stayed with the other girl that was sent to the room because I didn't want to make a big fuss and look like a bad guy..... But yesterday, it happened again!!!


I booked for Juliet yesterday, but was given Lily instead. I tried telling Lily when she came in, that I got an appointment with Juliet, but she tells me that Juliet is not available and that she's booked up for the rest of the day.

I'm not sure, maybe Juliet's not working there anymore so they just want to trick me to go in, then send me someone else instead.... But seriously, that's just not cool. That's usually expected at some lower-class joints, so I'm surprised that PA would resort to such practices to keep their customers.

If Juliet is not working there anymore, they should just say so, and take her name off the schedule. At least, I can book with someone else who I like, instead of just sending me whoever.

I hope somone at PA is paying attention. I have reserved time with Luna, and was told what time she would be ready for me and that was that. IF a lady isn't going to be available, mgmt. should just say so. We are big boys...we can understand the concept.

When you check in at the front desk there, do you say you have an appointment with Juliet? If at that point the receptionist knows that Juliet isn't available she should say so at that point so you can make a decision to see someone else or leave.

In all the time that I've been going to PA, I've never had a problem with the attendant I booked an appointment with not being available at all. (delayed maybe)

I agree that is poor customer service on the part of P.A.

I agree. I go to PA all the time, and I've also never had a problem with the attendant I booked with not being available at all. Delayed,... YES. But not available at all,... NO.

Probably when you checked in at the front desk, you forgot to mention that you had an appointment with Juliet. I noticed that lately, they've hired a few new receptionists, so they don't know who I am when I walk in. All the old receptionists know me, so I don't have to tell them who I am because they recognize me already, And they already know who I have my appointment with. With the new ones, I have to let them know who I am and that I have an appointment with "so and so"....

So probably, the receptionist didn't realize you had an appointment with Juliet, so they sent the wrong girl to you.... And a lot of times, when the wrong girl is sent, the wrong girl probably don't want to send the right girl, so she'll just tell you the other girl's not available, just so she can make the money from you. I had that happen to me once at another spa. I found out later that the girl I wanted was available all along! So you should always double-check with the receptionist and notify them of the error. I know the boss at PA (not personally, but I've seen her a few times at the spa, and have spoken with her before) and she doesn't come across as the type of person who'd do the "bait and switch" thing.

So I suspect probably the receptionists sent the wrong girl to you... Because she didn't realize you had an appointment! Then they probably thought you were a no-show!

So next time you go, make sure you tell them you have an appointment with "so and so".... Otherwise, they won't know you have an appointment.

Beerbelly, did you actually read what happened? He did say that he had an appointment, the response was she wasn't available and was booked up for the rest of the day. I'm sure PA will address the issue, but why make it out like it was Tarzan's problem? The only other recourse he could of done that day is walkout.

? Did the receptionist screw up ? Whatever happened, a phone call to the owner would be the better way to solve this . I know she would appreciate the chance to fix things, rather than just bad complaints she may not be aware of . -Ray- .

Not likely that it is B&S at Pickering Angels.

In my experience this is NOT a management inspired B&S because it is PA. I have experienced B&S before, particularly when I had made an appointment. PA has never been that kind of place.

You should contact Renata (the owner) and explain what happened. I am certain that she would resolve this to your satisfaction.

I am wondering if perhaps Juliet didn't want to see tarzan for some reason? Perhaps she has him mixed up with another client or for some reason doesn't wish to see him. It would explain why he was able to make the appointment, arrive and then the wrong girl comes into the appointment.

I've never experienced this at PA, but certainly have had it happen elsewhere. If you have to travel any distance and you were looking forward to the session with a particular attendant it really can piss you off. I had this happen once a SRM and Joy knew that I had travelled over an hour to get there. She comped me the session with a different attendant because the attendant I had made the appointment with had a family emergency and left about a half hour before I arrived. Joy recommended the replacement attendant, and even though the session (and extras) were on the house, the attendant was pleased that I had tipped her "over and above". Everyone was apologetic and it definitely lessened the disappointment about not seeing the lady that I had originally wanted to see.

So, bottom line, contact Renata and see if she can "make it right" as Mike Holmes is so fond of saying.

Tell them you will wait. I have done that before, they send someone else in and I say I will wait for her. if I get who I asked for, I don't mind waiting.

Hmm, this happened twice to you regarding the same girl? I have never had that probelm with PickeringAngels. Maybe Juliette doesn't want to see you anymore? I have asked this with my favourite ma, sometimes the girls get 'stalkers' or the guy gets way too grabby, pushing the limits so to speak, or they refuse to shower before their session and just came straight from work, ew. I would imagine, if the client is not clean, not a complete gentlemen in the room I wouldn't expect the girl to want to see me again either. have you ever done something in the room to 'turn her off' or make her uncomfortable? If none of this is the problem it was probably a mistake made by the receptionist because she was new. Or you didn't let reception know it was an appt with Juliette. After Lily came in the room instead of J you should have told her that you'd rather wait for J or you'd prefer to get a refund and come back another time. I only had it happen once with me and the girl had simply been sent to the wrong room and then sent the right girl in one minute later, whew, lol! hey, shit happens!

Something is not making sense here? Missing some details? When you told Lily you were waiting for J how would she know J was 'not available and booked up for the rest of the day'? without leaving the room, checking with reception, coming back to the room and then telling you what the mix up was all about? Were you clear with reception about the appt? Probably just a new receptionist and an honest mistake, you could have gotten dressed and got a refund I'm sure without any issue. I suspect after seeing sexy Lily you just stayed anyway because y ou can't go wrong with her. All's well that ends well!

Come to think of it.... Both times when the screw ups occurred, it was with the same receptionist!!!

Actually, I really don't think that it's because Juliet doesn't want to see me. I'm always a good client and a good tipper. I think most likely, it was the new older blonde receptionist who made a mistake.

And yes, I do travel out of my way to go to PA, so it really sucks when I'm looking forward to seeing one girl, and getting someone else instead...

It really is your own fault for not putting your foot down and being determined not to give in to urges and accept second best.
