Legality issues. If the money is given beforehand for the 'time,' then it's less likely to be seen as an act of prostitution(I hate using that word) by a court.

I didn't have to. She made it quite clear that nothing, and I do mean nothing, was going to happen. She drank some juice and liquor, and ate two sandwiches and some crackers. Strange ... I always pay up front and I am always expected to. I have never been ripped off by an SP or MP. SWs are a different story though so I just stay away from them. There can always be consequences to crossing the wrong people, so I don't see why they would take the chance.
