That's different and less risky than unprotected intercourse. Tbh you should be using caution with all hobbying activities. Use your big head to think. One bad choice can change your life forever. Especially if you have spouse.
Worse is the innocent spouse who gets a possible lifetime diseae or even just a basic STI. It would make them feel dirty and they will lose trust in everything.
Ask the person you're attached to. Maybe they have an idea on how to get past the fear of STI/ STD. See if they have an opinion on being unknowing exposed to your comfort level of risk.

This happens A LOT more than you think and I've known the idiots that do this. The one girl f*cked people raw for a year and had no symptoms and had no idea when she got the disease. She potentially infected hundreds of people if not thousands and men were furious with HER for getting a disease when THEY pressured her for bare services. It was suddenly HER fault that THEY had to tell their wife.
