I think ATM is the stunt work of porn. It may look easy and like it "just happens" but there is a great deal of preparation that goes into making it happen safely (relatively) and with no "accidents". While I am sure that it is possible to find an sp that will do ATM it will come at a big premium. And of course it would have to be covered ATM which is probably not so pleasant for the sp nor as sensitive for you. Is it all worth it I wonder? For me ATM is sort of nice to see done by the pros but I imagine that the reality would be a lot of trouble for what is really just an image. But if you really must find an sp that does ATM, as I say, be prepared to pay big bucks and to give her plenty of advance warning to prepare.

Probably not worth it. The whole ATM scenario presupposes uncovered anal. I certainly can't imagine going there with any SP who would actually agree to it.

For both parties to be safe, they would have to test negative for everything, then be locked up under supervision for 120 days of celibacy and test negative again before doing it.

Also, to avoid pulling out with a chocolate eclair, there'd need to be at least one enema and a good swabbing out the day of the act.
