It did used to be that MSOG was generally included in an hour long session. Why in hell else would you stay that long and pay the extra money? Girls also offered services like CIM or they didn't. Their level of service was their calling card. I still frequent the Asian agencies but never pay upward for all of the extras. If the girl is good and there is chemistry between us then a repeat visit will sometimes yield these rewards without asking.
Good luck, BL. I will still book the hour if the experience is positive but never on a first visit. The menu means very little sometimes. You are offered a wide array of services only to find out that the girl won't kiss you. Then the next girl rides you ragged and sucks your face off. Those ones get a repeat, sometimes several visits.

I can't remember if you do a lot of repeats or not, but for a girl you know that you like thirty minutes is pretty rushed. You only really have time for a quicky.
I've been bitten by this pretty often. One time I had finished and we were lying around just shooting the breeze a little before showering when the next client knocked on the door. Turns out we overran by thirty minutes! I had to grab my clothes and hideout/dress in the laundry room until he was ushered into the bedroom. D'oh! I hope he was happy to be greeted by a naked girl haha!

On the contrary, I seldom or never book for less than an hour. There are lots of things one can do to enjoy a girl's company besides talking. I usually let other parts of my body do the talking!
I do a lot of repeats which is the whole point. I usually just start with the half hour to test the waters because mileage and chemistry vary widely. If you are booking an hour and are physically up for it, a second pop should not cost extra is what I was saying.
