I've seen plenty of women with limited English and it's never been an issue. Yes, they'll take the lead. You don't need many words for them to get you to lie down and start blowing you, and from there there isn't much conversation beyond positions, and you need even less talking for that.

I've actually had more awkward experiences with English-speakers where things just didn't click. Someone you don't enjoy talking to is way worse than someone you can't talk to. With the latter, nobody has to pretend and you just focus on enjoying eachother.
