psychopathy? as in psychotic killer tendencies?
Not necessarily; however, if you were to look at many serial killers they would rate high in psychopathy and above average in narcissism.

Taking the odd selfie to show people you are somewhere interesting, OK. I take like one a month, maybe a few more on vacation. Taking selfies daily and expecting people to care is probably pretty narcissistic. And yeah, social media sites like Facebook and tumblr are no doubt magnets.
Let me give you an insight on Narcissism. Narcissism commences in young children and is purely natural. Its a need of attention as part of their development .
If that attention is overwhelm by obsessive attention, or on the opposite scale underwhelmed with abuse you create a void, in the progression of the child into adulthood.
In other words the child never has a chance to find his own way, by means of independently finding the the truth. And if the abuse becomes so violent, that's where you create the sociopaths.
The one ingredient that's missing in their chemistry, is empathy, of which they have non of !!

Like Titalian, I would think that would be a characteristic of narcissism. It's only about them in their mind (world), that's it. The minute you say something critical about her in any way, and I don't mean anything vile or downright mean, she says "you're being negative, I can't do this (talk), etc,etc.
