This escort is only doing car calls but I don't feel comfortable in the car doing stuff or even having sex in the car not very comfortable. Has anyone ever done a car call before ?
If you don't feel comfortable, why put yourself in this situation?

Car sex is obviously a pain in the ass, it's cramped, can't really do many positions, etc.

Spend your money on a provider who offers services on a bed lol.

If you do proceed with Car call, you need to prepare what to say to:

1) LE knocking on the window while the SP give you a BJ
2) SO knocking on the window while the SP give you a BJ since she put one of those tracker in your car.

If you are lucky, the SP will take your cash and run.

Did it once but only bc I knew the client from previous incall sessions. I've been asked multiple times by potential clients but it's something that doesn't make me feel safe so I decline.
It was ok that one-time bc I felt comfortable as I knew him but I wouldn't do it with someone I've never met. You guys look at it like the sp will take your cash and run while we look at it like we could potentially get kidnapped/murdered and not be able to get out bc the child locks are on. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Also, Incall locations provide a safe space which includes running water and soaps. Intimate encounters in cars are not only unsafe but also unhygienic IMO.

I agree with @Cool_De_La that a car call would not be enjoyable for a client. And I totally understand and appreciate what @AlmaOttawaMA says about the safety risks for providers. And if there was a real companion offering incall or outcall services in Carleton Place (rather than car calls) they would make a ton of money because they'd be the only provider between Stittsville and Kingston. But is @RickFlairOtt correct when he says it's against the law to have sex in your own car in a public place?

Yes if you have sex, whether its your own car, a rented car, a car you borrowed, a car you jacked, a car you borrowed from your neighbour Nate, ShowBiz's Toyota Prius, no matter the make or model or year, and whether you are with your wife, girlfriend, sugar baby, companion, school teacher, the pretty barista you just met and could not resist because she was wearing open toed sandals, red toe nails, a pencil skirt, and you dug her ink, if the car is in a public place where a member of the public can see you having sex, it violates public indecency laws and it is illegal.
and there lies the rub

This answer is the winner.

I’m no lawyer, so take my input with a grain of salt, but if I recall, car fun is ok, if out of sight of the public. The indecent act offence I think stipulates in public view. I think there have even been cases where a couple have been got off (lol, pun intended) because they had taken reasonable steps not to be seen by public.
However, if LE concludes that prostitution is involved, then you may indeed be in for a world of hurt if you are caught in a public place that is in or next to a park, school, daycare, religious institution or other place where children might be expected (basically almost anywhere you might sneak away for car fun). Penalties are apparently quite a bit higher if convicted.
I have and never would do car calls with an SP. Too uncomfortable, stressful and risky. However I’d be lying if I said I’d never had a bit of sneaky car fun with a civilian partner, and found it very much fun :), and would do it again given right circumstances.

As a teenager growing up in the late 60's the car was the only place for privacy. Remembering some of my favourite "parking" places...The island off the Champlain Bridge, Lynda Lane off of Smyth, any of the Ncc parking lots in the Gatineau and a bunch I have probably forgotten about. Then there was Sat night at the drive-in/finger bowl. I don't think I ever saw a movie from start to finish and most of the cars there had steamy windows. Ahhh, the good old days..........

For the most part cops will just tell you to move along.

The problem is that "indecent act" is not defined. At one time a M2M BJ was indecent, but F2M was not. So a guy who picked up a transvestite would say I thought that he was a she. I saw that tried in court in about 1981. The defendant was acquitted.

What is indecent about having intercourse? Is the cop a member of the immaculate conception club?

Your username/handle doesn’t exactly paint the picture of an unbiased POV in this particular thread

That is funny, I had not thought of that. In fact, I like cars. But I have not made out in one since college!

Ish ish ..

The basic elements of the offence are an indecent act in a public place, yes. Doesn't matter what efforts were employed. If the inside of the car is in public view it will be deemed to be a public place period.

Prostitution on the buy side is illegal in Canada. It does not matter if the car is near a church, etc ... you are mixing offenses. If the officer has reasonable grounds for believing that a sex act was performed for a consideration the purchaser could be charged with engaging in prostitution, whether it occurred in a car, apartment, hotel, Nate's backyard, the alley next to the cafe the barista works at, or on the small hood of Show Biz's Prius.
realize that they are two different offences. But doesn’t c-36 specify that if near church, school, places where kids might be nearby that penalties are greater?
