So moving in with gf.

Very happy.

Anyone know some space consultant who can take an apartment space, maximize utility? So we can make the most of it?

imo, you don't need to hire anyone

you have limited horizontal space, so you need to maximize your walls

shelves are your friend

When you have lots of space, you can accumulate plenty of things, thinking that you might use it again someday in the next couple years.

When you have less space, you need to focus your things on what you really need on a frequent and regular basis, and store (or sell or give away) the rest. Do you really need that extra kitchen gadget? That book that you read a decade ago? The ugly chair? Minimize.

Be prepared to own about a 1 foot by 1 foot part of the bathroom space. The rest will be hers in no time.

You also if she is generous get about one quarter of the closet.

Ya .... you're asking hairy TERB guys on a escort review board for interior design advice? LOL

There are a few Interior Design firms that specialize in maximizing apartment space. Impress the GF with your taste.

DM if you want a contact.

I believe that there are a few tv channels that dedicate hours to interior design & reno shows.
