Most all SPs will do oral. You don't HAVE to partake in FS. Now all you need to do is find one who offers COF. I'd say the ones who were talking about the bukakake (sp?) party might be a good bet. If memory serves Alexxxis and/or Rachelle would be the ones to ask first. SPs who do CIM I'd think would be ones to ask but I don't think CIM would guarantee COF. Mimi does CIM if you're leanings are towards asians.
I had a GF once who liked COF. I think it was cuz she hated CIM . Too bad she's not an SP and lives on the west coast ........
