Try asking your question in the 411 information board for Ottawa and NOT in the review board. If you search up the name of the provider in the review board and don’t get any hits then no one has reviewed that provider OR your search skills are lacking. That is when you go to the 411 information and ask your question.

I would add that a search for “nessa“ has lots of hits, but with ONLY a name you might not get results for the Nessa you are looking for. Remember that names could be used by more than one provider.
