What were they thinking putting 500 commercial units there on 3-4 floors? My friends wife owns a store there and she doesn't even go anymore because its so vacant. Pacific mall is 400 units on one floor and took SEVENTEEN years to get going. Its maybe got a chance once the yonge subway line hits steeles but thats in 30 years at least. The anchor tenants all the way in the basement.
