Anyone have problems with trigger finger?

Anyone else have problems with trigger finger (the Syndrome not your trigger finger per se) what short of surgical approaches to it have you taken?

If you do, you have to do the 150 ppm. (pulls per minute) They love that.

It's more having thin hands and gripping steering wheels and that sort of thing over the years or so my physician tells me.

Go see a physiotherapist. But has to be one that work with laser.

I had a trigger finger about 5 years ago. I went to the doctor, and he sent me to specialist at East General Hospital, and she gave me a shot of cortisone ( sp ), I have been fine since then, no aftereffects, and no pain, and no more clicking of the finger joint.
