Anyone have feedback on the Motorola ROKR?

Trying to decide whether to get the Motorola ROKR cell phone. I was planning on caving in and finally getting an iPod, but I think this might be a possible alternative. Cell phone and MP3 player (and camera) all in one. I don't really care about taking pictures, but does anyone know if the music playback is comparable to an iPod? I'm not a big fan of Motorola, but this one seems to be the most desirable from the current Rogers handsets.

Get one of the Sony Ericsson Walkman phones.

The W800i plays ACC and MP3 formats. Up to 2GB storage. 2 megapixel camera + video recorder. Great user interface and very good sound (easily as good as the sound on my iPod Shuffle, though the battery life isn't as good).

Apparently, I have 6 more months to go before I am eligible for a phone upgrade, so I will wait. In terms of a new phone's shelf life, that is an eternity. I'm sure there will be better MP3 phones out by then. Having a phone and MP3 player in one --- what could be more brilliant? Now if only they could make a decent camera phone too!
