I’ve been fortunate to have never experienced that but there is a low to moderate risk of STI from low(er) consequence infections.
Chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphillis have low to moderate risk of acquiring from sketch sp’s from bbbj. And if you are self aware and not delusional /ignorant to symptoms and get tested every few months, the consequences are manageable with antibiotics.
HIV and Hepatitis are difficult to transmit but are of high consequences.
Herpes transmission from bbbj from someone with an active or even asymptomatic/ latent but viral shedding is almost certain. And although not fatal, getting HSV 1 (oral herpes) on your dick would carry, IMO, life changing consequences.
As in forget any normal girlfriend/wife relationship with an uninfected woman.
