I have a curve. I find the keys too small, and too difficult to read in the dark. Works well for e-mail, PIN, SMS, phone. Syncing with my contact manager, and calendar is easy and accurate. Easy to customize once you know what you are doing.

You need to d/l the PDF manual before you do anything.

I found that I needed to buy a microSD card before I could transfer pictures taken with the curve to my Mac.

I have not had an issue that would involve Bell tech support, but I did have a warranty issue and Blackberry was outstanding. They sent me a new unit, and then had me return the problem unit.

Yes, I had a $250 credit to upgrade from Bell. I took out a plan. Make sure, if you like to recieve /send emails and browse. Get the an unlimited plan! Or you will into a hefty bill. When speaking with a Bell rep. I took out a 3 year maintance plan.

buy a bold....

if your thinking of getting one i'd wait until the blackberry bold is released.
I agree with ASN, the bold offers more features and has a processor which is twice as fast, accepts up to 16 GB memory cards, 3g support, etc.

Don't forget about the iphone.

Personally, I would buy the Bold or an iphone the choice is a personal one.
