Now, my gut tells me this has to be some kind of ripoff. Doesn't give an obvious agency name, unless the name is "Friendly & Reliable." But still, I'm curious. Anybody ever tried this number?

I used them abour a year ago. I agree with BUBBA69 that it is a bad location. I call every once in a while but like you there never seems to be any answer. PM me for details of the visit. I don't think it would be fair to post them a year after the fact as it may be a whole different scene now.
