So I booked apt with Tessa. Due to unforeseen circumstances I delay it to 5 pm. I am there at the location at 5:11 knock on the door and no one answers. I call PK back asking what's going on. They tell me she is there and I should go up again. I go knock again and no one answers the door. Meanwhile people are walking in the hallway looking at me probably thinking how comei can't get in the room. So after half an hour of Micky mouse game I leave. Thanks for poor service PK on the guy who has spent thousands with you ur agency.I am very disappointed.

Just got a txt from PK telling me she was sleeping. And I took off so it's not their problem. Very well PK good bye then I won't be bugging you guys anymore

So to tell our side of the Story, we let Tessa know she had a client at 5 pm and she confirmed.. When he arrived, she did not answer the door, nor her phone.. This guy was super impatient.. (he is always in some kind of hurry, however he likes to change his times last minute.).. So she texted us saying she had a nap and she was up.. so I told the client to go back up.. she didnt answer us..or him.. He is upset, understandably so.. and says he is gonna write a review..

This is a good example of how things get turned around.. So back to the story.. We had another lady show up to the room and enter with a key, Tessa is gone, and from what we heard from the hotel staff completely loaded. (we had a previous conversation about her drinking and working, being a safety risk and it not being professional.

Back to the client.. there was no way for us to know what happened.. and he was being an ignorant asshole at the time which wasnt helping matters.. (I know you guys are gonna send me to hell for that comment, but you had to be there to understand our frustration, and he just kept whining.. So as far as I am concerned, the fact that has had issues in the past, you would have thought he would have been a bit more understanding.. kept whining about how we ruined his night and he had no fun..

And yes I would very much recommend you visit another lady.. this one has a problem, a big one. It's a huge shame, because clients liked her..

First of all thank you very much for giving me a nick name called "a-hole" . Second of all, today is the first time ever I changed the time due to unforeseen cirumstances. You can ask Jenna, CrystalX, Jessy and others. I have never cancelled once I book and have never delayed. Also, I don't want people looking at me waiting at the door thinking how come I can't get in if I am residing in the hotel. Third, I wasn't going to drive my car to a hotel where someone could recognize me by my car parked in the parking area. I don't know who else sees girls from you agency I would prefer discretion and thanks for letting me waste 60 bucks on the cab rides for nothing.

I made it clear in our texts communication that I was very disappointed with PK. I was told that the agency is not the boss of the girls and are not responsible. Fair enough, but you could show more awareness when communicating with potential clients. I have spent thousands of dollars with your agency to be treated like this. I understood what the problem was and never once did I use any abusive language while communicating via texts I am surprised and shocked for you to use the term such as "a-hole" to describe me. I wasn't being impatient I just wanted some discretion not to be looked at while waiting.

I appreciate your frustrations but there was no need to use abusive terminology to describe me. I never used any abusive language while communicating via texts why did you use such language to describe me is beyond me.

Also, I didn't whine after the second call I made it clear that I am leaving. I wasn't going to wait in the hotel. Also, about being my ruined evening and no fun was texted back only once, it wasnt repeated whining. This girl Lisa who answers for PK is a pain. I liked it when Jason was there. He was much more understanding.

Anyway, I don't want to rant anymore....

I don't want girls to lose business with this agency. Personally I have had really good time with CrystalX, Jenna, Jessy, Paris, Nicole, Nathalia and Alexis with this agency. I would recommend them and would like for you guys to give it a try to the above mentioned ladies if you choose to do so. However, as far as I am concerned I am done with PK with the kind of treatment they gave me.

Anyway, there is NHL Hockey, we can enjoy that. Cheers.

So if we talked to a girl 15_20 mins before the client arrives, she is appearantly getting ready to see the client and she vanishes.. How is that our mistake or problem with our end of the service? Answer, it isn't.. He was offered an appointment with someone else.. At this point I do understand he was upset, but these things happen in an industry that is not regulated like a completely legitimate and above board operation.. Everyone has to bear this in mind when critiquing us or anybody else.. This isnt Wal-mart.. We cant be held accountable in the same way. And Yes CM you were whiny about it, but I get it.. you were upset.

If and when the laws change and we have a different way of doing business that is available to us.. We would be more than happy to change things to be more Customer oriented.. But at this time we are at the mercy of being an agent who can only advertize for these ladies.

Once again I repeat that the girls I mentioned above are worth seeing. But as far as I am concerned I am done with PK for being treated like garbage.

Guy shows up and twice has people in the hallway staring at him, knocking on a door you say will be answered. Then he has to go away with blue balls and best you can do is trash him here? And you have the gall to try to make him look like the bad guy? Classy as usual PK.

Reading your responses to customers always comes to mind when I think about who I am going to see. Lucky for you these review boards are only a small part of your business. Seeing how you treat long time customers like CM, I shudder to think how you would treat those who are less frequent.

Shame about the girl tho ........ shit happens, people make their choices. Hope she gets things turned around.

I have to say that it is unfortunate and to me the agency does need to do their best of manage damage control with the client. That said, I don't think that the agency should throw the lady under the bus. To me this is totally unprofessional. People depart ways in the business world all the time, and people need to manage this professional, which means that it should be between them. If you want to put things on the board, just a subtle we have discussed things and mutually agreed it was best to part ways. Dump on people, it looks bad on the dumper, and in the long run, it might affect the ability to attract others to engage with them for fear of similar treatment.

I mean PK shouldn't complain about clients who are upset about something out of thier hands, I mean you can understand why the client was maybe getting a bit flustered.... But instead of PK coming on here and apologizing ..... eventhough it was out of your hands..... You certainly don't trash the girl OR trash the client and pretend your awesome all along... Its not good customer service.. Ever heard, "The customer is always right?" ..... Apperently not!

A quick apology to CM and a quick mention the girl no longer works with PK due to professional differences would have been the classy way to go out..... A quick mention that she maybe had a few issues with meeting clients on time, or something a bit more gentle then.. this girl has a drinking problem, she's always drunk, passed out or leaving without notice.... just something more generic and a quick heed of warning for future clients of Tessa where ever she may end up working would have been a lot better...

WOW... what a thread... shame on PK for that.. They've quite likely taken a bit of money out of thier previous repeat clients here in this thread... I'm quite new to the hobby and review boards but this has me reconsidering where to go when visiting Ottawa. Ohh maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that.. now I'm likely next for PK to start trashing .....

Oxmal, I am not happy with the way I was treated. But lets cut PK some slack. I understand their frustration too. Imagine if this girl was found intoxicated or worse and cops were involved they would be struggling to save their butt.

I just hope this girl straightens up. I was never treated badly by PK before this incidence but whats done is done. Apparently I am blacklisted and would not be able to see any of their girls. Fine by me. Nevertheless, do not hesitate to see the girls I recommended in my prior posts with PK they are gems. Cheers.

This situation was still happening and we were not even sure what was going on, and we had this guy posting negative things on Terb, minutes after .. Txtin me telling me he is doing this.. Of course we get pissed off.. We are trying our best to make this call happen.. He changed his time of arrival last minute, and because things didnt go his way he started to get mad at us, and blaming us for ruining his night. Like Cry me a river.. Stupid things like this happen in this business.

We didnt even have an opportunity to even try to fix the problem, or do any kind of damage control.. And yes for the record, he has not been the nicest guy to deal with according to our phone girl.. but regardless it was a bad situation and he wasnt helping matters. So maybe we over reacted a little bit.. But remember you were not on the phone with this guy, you are just seeing a one sided version of the story.

I was never rude on the phone. I only ever asked who is working and where. Your phone girl is lying. If I was rude and not nice I would never have gotten the service before from PK. Just because I write a neg review I am run down by you guys. This is definitely not acceptable. I tried to clean up you position in my previous post but still you are hell bent on running me down. Thats fine PK. Whatever makes you happy.

Misunderstanding and miscommunication is the reason I guess. I am done with this thread and really have nothing more to discuss.
