Relevant is this, about halfway down:

Seems she's from and worked in TO, most likely at an agency. Anyone recall her?

She has a couple articles on Playboy.com. Here's an excerpt from her upcoming book: "Modern Whore" and includes some apparent reviews she received when she worked as an escort in Toronto followed by her funny counter-reviews of the client. Not sure which site she pulled these reviews from but they don't read like real reviews. I'll give a benefit of a doubt and chalk it up to her editor - but for me, the jury is still out whether her years as an escort is BS marketing embellishment to sell books or true. She apparently worked for two years as a Toronto escort, so there should be many who can vouch for her story. I did not see her, but can't help but think she would have been popular if she actually worked and would likely have real reviews on TERB.

Looks like she used to be Maryanne at Vixens. Her reviews are almost verbatim from the ones on Terb. A few key search words pretty much showed the two threads.
