Any place to buy wine near the Ramada downtown?

I'm clueless about Toronto, last time I was there, I fo und it very difficult to find places to buy wine. Does anyone know the area near the Ramada downtown? Are there any cool bars around there too?

Where is the Ramada? If it's downtown T.O. then yonge and dundas has a liquor store there (LCBO). As for bars there are tons, pick up a now magazine or look at the online version of it, in it you will find listings of bars, clubs, live music acts etc. Not sure what your scene is so you'll have to specify for us to help. E.g. the adelaide/richmond/duncan area has a lot of clubs but they cater to a certain audience..... young 20 something, dance music scene. Anyways, I think you get my point.

Queens Quay LCBO at of Jarvis and Lakeshore or there is also a LCBO in First Canadian Place on the lower level.

The closest Liquor store to 300 Jarvis: Dundas st W., just west of Yonge St, North side. There is also a liquor store on Yonge st., just south of Wellesley, and a Beer store on Church st, just north of Wellesley. Still, the closest place is the first one mentioned. For the best selection of vintages, the Queen's Quay store is the best. If you are doing the tourist thing and happen to be checking out the St. Lawrence Market/Front st area, there is a small liquor store on Front st., just west of the Market. Cheers.
