As a Buyer I always seem to get somthing that has some kind of problem . most I have repaired some I have just ended up eating do to some word play in the ad . I also do not like the Brokerage charges from UPS what are up with them .

Don't know about the charge back part, but I have never paid a brokerage charge. I get the bill and throw it out. I've been doing that for at least 6 years and there have never yet been any consequences. I would pay them, but the fees are simply too high - when the brokerage fee equals the customs fee, I consider it an unethical charge, so I don't pay it. If it were $5 or $10 I'd say yes, but the couriers simply want too much money for the brokering service. Yet, I still get stuff delivered to me, and no one has chased me down asking for payment.
