I know one lady who did that. In the past, when she didn't show her face, she obscured it and clicked "File, Save" rather than "File, Save As" resulting in the photo with her face unobstructed no longer existing. In the future, comfortable showing her face, if she wanted to post that photo she had to post it with the face blurred out.
