The only "real" picture in that ad is the one with the woman sticking her tongue out. At least it is a face shot so you will know for sure. The rests of them are all on escort ads from Europe and other parts of the world.

So caution would be advised if you do proceed.

I think this "agency" links back to the posting for the larger 30-something lady who posts from Lindsay.

Short time ago there was a younger sketchy blond posting from the same number, as the 30-something.

I think its an amateur trying to make a few bucks to add to the welfare cheque.
