Incalls are against the law everywhere in Canada. Outcalls are legal everywhere in Canada. The only reason incalls are tolerated anywhere is because the local LE tolerates it, no other reason. Windsor happens to not tolerate it.

Short Stay In Windsor

I am aware [recent visits to Detroit] that there is a hotel or 2 that offer hour stays.... 1hr at the BESTWAY, $25. if you buy more than 2 hours your best to stay the night...rooms are nice, but more ghetto fab... 1 bed in almost every room that I know of...
