Any good apartments in the 401/Leslie area

I need to move out of the basement apartment I'm living in. Never will I move into another basement apartment!

Are there any good high rise apartments in the 401/Leslie area (within 0 to 15minutes drive?). I'm looking for a one bedroom with balcony, parking available, and preferably a pool. Rent should be under $900, preferably closer to $800. Thanks.

I lived in the area many years ago. There's 3 or 4 hi rise apartment buildings on Graydon Hall Drive, near 401 & DVP. I was living in a house around there, so I don't know the condition of the apartments, nor do I know what they rent for. There's also a couple of apartment buildings around Leslie and York Mills. Again, I don't know the specifics.
