any body know about USA new green card news?

it seems the new bill is not going to be approved for USA residency and Still a long way from the motion to the law.It is if some one had 500.000 cash to invest in residential building to live ,he can get the green card but no work permit,any latest news about that?what is your prospective point of view?positive or negative?discuss more

Presumably you are writing about one provision of S.1746 which has been in committee since late October.

Do you have any idea how many bills are introduced during a Congressional session, it is quite different than the Canadian Parliamentary system, introduced and sent to Committee is quite different from has a ghost of a chance of becoming law.
