Any advice on where to get an iPhone 5 at a decent price?

My contract with Bell has expired (thank God!!!) and I'm moving to Wind mobile. Unfortunately they don't support iPhone 4 but do support some iPhone 5's and all iPhone 6. I'm trying to find a reliable source to get the 5 at between 250-300 bucks. Do any of you have any recommendations other than kijiji?

Still think Kijiji is the best. Other sources would be mobile device shops that do repairs and buy and sell preowned phones etc. I'm out of touch - seriously can one get i5 for $200-300?

Any Factory Direct stores near you? Haven't looked at the prices, but I would think a 5 should be pretty cheap, being almost 3 years old now. I sold my 5S on kijiji for 360 over the winter, and that was closer to the higher end of the price range there, and I saw 5's for well under 3 bills.
