You have a good point. I agree that Ottawa and Durham should be seperated. Their is over a 400km difference. But, Durham doesn't have much to offer. Posts are gonna be slow.

As a newbie to the area I'd like some info an what's available now. Searching some of the old stuff is fine but I think a lot of it is outdated.
Maybe we can get the Durham section going by asking for a general review of the current situation in Durham. I'm specifically interested in independant incalls.

My observation has been that the longer you are on this board the less you tend to contribute. Most posts come from "newbies" excited by this fantastic resource, but in the long run we all have to experience this hobby on our own and find that most encounters fall under the "average" catagory and don't merrit a review. Exceptional encounters are few and far between and are always in danger of being perceived as a shill if reviewed. What I look for is "avoid at all costs" reviews, but here again it's very subjective and I personally have not faced that situation very often. As for the Durham scene, I believe there is a lot going on, just look at the ads in the local paper. My advice is to avoid the ones that have negative reviews and consider most of the others as "average... not likely to repeat". As always YMMV and you tend to get what you pay for.

Ads in Durham
I never look at the newspaper ads. I understood that many were scams or misleading. I rely on the internet ads where I can get more details and photos, and then hope to get a review or two to give me some guidance. So far I have used playmates2003-2005, and not been disappointed with the girls. My impression is that there is not a lot going on in Durham, especially in the incall category.
Once in a while, "out of town" girls come through Durham and offer services out of hotels. But I think they soon figure out that there is not much happening here and that the rates they can charge are lower than the big cities.
