I’m looking for some advice about a somewhat complex personal relationship I have with an SP. I can’t really get into the vital details here without outing myself since I know she reads this board. I’m not very familiar with the hobby scene outside of Toronto. Is there an similar forum in another city you could suggest where I can ask my question? I’m sure there are other hobbyists that have faced my dilemma and would love to be able to pick their brains.

Yes there are... I know of at least 4... even for someone like me that doesn't Hobby...
However, it is not fair to Fred to promote such places on HIS board... or even to mention them I suppose. (They would likely get "XXXX" out anyway.)

I think www.https://perb.cc would be okay as well. I talked to a chap through the chat room about a situation he was having with his fav SP sometime ago. He was chatting through Perb and couldn`t discuss his dilemma on his forum because she went on there too. Similar to your case.
She doesn't know my Terb handle so that's not really the problem. But if the details of my story were posted it would be obvious who I am.
It's too bad it's not really feasible to have an all men's board. It would be nice to be able to speak freely with each other without the ladies looking over our shoulders.
