Another Rainy Day Reflection...

I've always felt it's important to know the person you are spending time with, that a connection comes from the mind and that we should value the people we share our time with and not see this as a transaction. As such I thought I'd share a little about myself, who I am and hopefully help you decide if I am the type of person you would want to share your time with.

I am in Montreal Sept. 28 & 29, Halifax Oct. 1-4 and will be available in Toronto after Oct. 5.
I offer dates of 2hrs or longer and value quality over quantity meaning I would rather meet with one person in my day and be able to enjoy my time with them than have a string of unmemorable encounters.
I prefer to meet with those that are seeking similar experiences.

For those that have never met me, never read my posts or encountered some of my sometimes self-indulgent writings you may not know that grey rainy days are reflective days for me and I wrote this on a grey rainy day in Toronto.

Today I find myself looking out my bedroom window watching the rain pour down and going through my music collection. Music has a magical quality for me, it can take me back in time, it can change my mood and it is often a window into a world I've never seen or experienced. I listen to a wide variety of music and though I'm often found saying "I like anything but country" I have a secret stash of country music that I rarely admit too; Johnny Cash makes road trips fun, Patsy Cline makes my attempts at baking tolerable and CW. McCalls Convoy never fails to conjure up images of a small blonde girl lining up her brothers dinky cars before Teddy (I had no idea "Bear" was police) came in to win the day!

Today I'm listening to all these songs and a few more and I thought I'd share one of my all-time favorites. It will probably seem like an odd selection for an advertisement, it's dark, but I believe if you live your life then you'll have your share of both the good and the bad and that living and feeling both is what makes up our shared human experience.
