Saw Anora in theaters back in November and loved it favorite movie of last year although I’m a little biased on this subject matter!
Loved Mikey Madison casting and acting, a little firecracker she is!
Fantastic pacing throughout, many laugh out loud scenes with the Russian gopniks.
Like many great films the ambiguous ending scene leaves much to discuss and thought about long afterwards .
The only detail that didn’t get it right was when they first had sex, she went straight to the condom fs, there was no daty, bj, or bodyslide the things I always enjoy partake before condom fs.
They decided not to get an intimacy coaching and did the sex scenes on their own and perhaps errored on this detail. But really everything else about the movie I thoroughly enjoyed. Interested to hear from any of the ladies SP about their thoughts on Anora winning huge at Oscars.
